- No tower whatsoever
- The Redcliffe Golf Course has an unused 40 acres & the Redcliffe City Council also has another 40 acres of land (equally 80 or so acres) which is remote and uninhabited snaking around the Pine river, with a direct focus into Brighton and Margate.
- In the middle of the river itself.
- Access can be made with boats, dredges and pile-drivers.
- The isthmus located within Brisbane City Council areas (locally called "the island")
- On the remote & uninhabited point way past Brighton Park and the old Sanderson's kiosk site.
- On the remote & uninhabited areas on the opposite bank of the river in the Pine Rivers Shire.
