Brisbane City Council approved this development but needs to enforce better and adequate sediment control.

This development has no sealed or hard stand driveway for the many vehicles to enter.

"Conditions of Development" stated that, "all vehicles exiting site must be washed down".

NO Compliance NO Enforcement. INADEQUATE STAFF OR INADEQUATE EFFORT.

It's a shame that the BCC allows this to happen.
