Is this lawfull use of the site? Well after 12
months of complaints the Brisbane City Council is still unsure.
NO sealed driveway. No sealed trafficable area.
3. 4.
Is this a breach of Section 31 (2) (b) and 32. (1) (b) (ii) of the Water Protection (Water)? press to read Act.

This pollution is allowed to continue to occur while the Brisbane City Council publicise how they are very concerned about the sediment pollution of the Brisbane River and Moreton Bay.
The Brisbane City Council appear to spend more money saying they are concerned, than they spend on carrying sediment pollution prevention into effect.
What you see on this web page is a continuing complaint, where over 12 months have passed by since this site was first brought to the attention of the Brisbane City Council.
It is said that the wheels of government turn slowly.
Me thinks the BCC's wheels have stalled or fallen off.
